Comfort has come the way of tricycle (keke) riders/owners in Nigeria as Zeta
Auto Limited will debut different models of tricycles come January, 2023. According to its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Wealth Hibbert, the company’s brand of Kekes are developed to support the need for affordable means transportation and an alternative source of income in the country.
In his words, the models of their tricycles, are more durable, and are produced by a renowned automobile manufacturer, with radiator cooling systems for the engines as against other existing brands of tricycles that are air cooled. This makes Zeta brands more durable and efficient.
According to him, the price of petrol(PMS)will go higher as the federal
government plans to remove fuel subsidy sometimes next year, Zeta Auto brands of tricycle are coming with additional features to use LPG/CNG as an advantage.
In his words, ‘we have a strong and distinct desire for quality and efficiency in our products with one year warranty on all products. Our product are guaranteed for a longer life span of over 4 years after the one year warranty. ‘We have a robust scheme, known as Keke Bank, designed to cater for keke
riders to become proud owners of their kekes within the shortest possible time.
Hibbert further explained that the engine and suspensions of the company’s brands are rugged and perfectly suited for our terrain, and the company has an accessible repairs and spare parts distribution network available every where in the country.
While calling on interested distributors for Zeta brands of tricycles, Hibbert said
the prices of the tricycles are competitive with the existing brands in the country. He further said the company has arrangement with some commercial banks, where individuals and cooperative societies can approach for loan facilities to purchase the Zeta brand of tricycles.
Already, the company has opened discussions with Tricycle riders association of Nigeria and other major transport unions with a view to making the company’s brands accessible to their members.
