Bayelsa FA: Egbe (Monimichelle) rolls out 22 points agenda

Chief Executive Officer of Monimichelle Group, Ebi Egbe has rolled out 22 points agenda aimed at moving football in Bayelsa State forward.
Egbe who is contesting for the State FA chairmanship position in the Bayelsa FA election billed for Friday said it is time to move the round leather game forward in the oil rich state.

Egbe in a statement made available to the media said Bayelsa football can not be left in the hands of those who have no plans for it.

He noted that he decided to contest the election following the yearning of Bayelsa youths who want to see a vibrant football association in the state.
“I have drawn up a 22 points agenda. If elected, I will implement them to the glory of Bayelsa football. I have got the capacity to turn things around,” Egbe said.

Below is the agenda as rolled out by Ebi Egbe…

My Mission…
To Reposition the game in the state
1. With all year round football activities.
2. Attracting corporate sponsors to the game.
3. Attracting international football matches to the state as a certified FIFA Match Agent.
4. Carrying every stakeholder along as members of one family of football.
5. Taking the game to Communities.
6. Taking the game to schools
7. Catch them young program
8. Projecting Bayelsa Refs to international level
9. Supporting young Grassroot upcoming referees in Bayelsa state.
10.Upgrading our existing coaches
11.Passion to profession for our Grassroot coaches and community coaches through NIS coaching Programs.
12. Welfare of Bayelsa ex internationals
13. Periodic football business seminars to educate our Grassroot coaches and other stakeholders on how passion for football can create sustainable wealth.
14. An annual football award program to reward excellence.

15. Build a permanent F.A office…right now Bayelsa state F.A does not have an office and it’s very embarrassing.

16. Create export opportunities for our Grassroot Academies to be able to export their best young players.

17. Push more Bayelsans to become FIFA players agents to protect our Bayelsa teams and players at all Levels.

18. In our first tenure in office, we will work towards constructing a standard pitch owned by the F.A if our lands are still available.
19. Carry the fans and supporters of the game along by strengthening the Bayelsa chapter of the national supporters club.
20. Creating networking seminars for our F.A members.
21. Using National teams games to create exposure and networking opportunities for our F.A members.
