Amb. Maxwell Gabriel Morris Speaks On The Need For All Ethnic Groups To UNITE And Work In One Accord For The Growth Of Our beloved Country Nigeria🇳🇬.

He went further to say Nigeria is a country that is blessed with everything that makes a Nation great from the natural endowment to the skilled and educated individuals.

He said Unity is crucial because it provides strength, power, and courage. When people come together, they can achieve more than they could individually.
No ethnic group can single handedly unite Nigeria except all come together and work in harmony.

“The phrase United we stand, divided we fall” is a common expression that highlights the importance of unity.

Amb. Maxwell Gabriel Morris say’s, to maintain unity, people must be open-minded and kind to each other irrespective of their ethnic nationality, he said Nigerians should see other Nigerians as brothers and sisters other than “I am a Yoruba man and he is an Igbo Man”.

He added that “Our hidden potential is in our unity in diversity. The vast oil mineral in the Niger Delta,the dependable agricultural potential in the north,the business skills in the east and the other mineral and Human capacity potential in the southwest can take us to a greater heights when judiciously harnessed”.

He went further to highlights the importance of unity and how it will affect and benefit the Nigerian state viz;

A). Unity Encourages Mutual Understanding And Respect:
Unity fosters a culture of respect and understanding among individuals. When people are united, they are more likely to listen to each other’s perspectives and experiences, which leads to increased empathy and understanding. This creates a more harmonious and inclusive environment.

B). Unity Leads To Collective Action And Shared Goals:
Unity brings people together to achieve shared goals. When people work together towards a common purpose, they can pool their resources and expertise, increasing their chances of success.

C). Unity is a Path To Success And Growth:
Success and growth cannot be achieved alone. Whether it be growing a business, expanding a family, or achieving great things, it requires a team or a partner to help reach the goal. The saying “If you want to go far, go together” emphasizes unity and teamwork to achieve more tremendous success.

D). Unity is Essential For Survival:
Unity is a vital aspect that safeguards us from all harm and negativity. By supporting and helping each other, we can face and conquer all negativity together. Only when we stand united do we achieve freedom from negative influences.

E). Unity Helps In Building Trust And Confidence:
Unity helps to build trust and confidence among individuals and groups. When individuals are united, they are more likely to trust each other, which leads to increased cooperation and collaboration.

NOTE: LET THE IGBO MAN NOT SEE HIMSELF BETTER AND TOO IMPORTANT THAN THE HAUSA/FULANI MAN, AND LET THE IJAW MAN NOT SEE HIMSELF BETTER AND TOO IMPORTANT THAN THE YORUBA MAN AND SAME IS APPLICABLE TO ALL TRIBES ACROSS THE COUNTRY, EITHER IN OUR PLACE OF WORK, WORSHIP CENTRES, MARKET PLACE, OR IN THE RESTAURANT/DANCING PUBS.
