The Former Director Direct labour agency Bayelsa state Dr. Solomon David today congratulated Hon. Prince Ebitimi Amgbare, on his appointment as the Managing Director/CEO of the Niger Delta River Basin Development Authority (NDRBDA).

Solomon who is a lecturer in the Department of Insurance & Risk Management, Faculty of Management Sciences in the Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island, Bayelsa State appreciated His Excellency Bola Tinubu for appointing the person of Prince Ebitimi Amgbare saying he is Equipped to handle the office of the NDRBDA
