This new status was confirmed on Monday afternoon after the tall goal poacher scored a brace against Police Fc in a Bangladesh premier league last match of the season to help his Club round off the season on the seventh position on the league table with thirty one points from twenty two games played.

The 28 years old Attacker who came into the final game against Police Fc on eighteen goals had cancelled out Ivorian Striker Christain Kouakou ten minutes opening goal on 29th minutes of play before he scored his second goal at the 61st minutes of action to complete his twenty goals record for Abahani Chittagong, but he however lost the race of the league highest Goalscorer to Malian and Dhakar Mohanmedan Fc Striker, Souleymane Diabate who scored four goals in the 7 nil trashing of Rahmatgonj Mfs in another league final game of the season decided on Tuesday night in Bangladesh.

Speaking to Jurisuo Sports publication from his base in Bangladesh on Tuesday, the Former Al Ahly Sports Club Striker noted that he is very satisfied with his performance on his debut season in the Bangladesh league where he has now written his name on the record book for the Asia club.
