Ishaan laments as to how samrat has stooped so low, that he cant differentiate between the right and wrong, and that he cant mend himself even if he wants to. Samrat reprimands and accuses ishaan that this is what he wanted all along, even since his marriage with urmi. Ishaan stops going defensive, and asks how come he took so many years to find this out, and sarcastically reprimands him, that he is an idiot to find out so late. samrat asks him to get lost and never be seen in Bhopal again. ishaan asks him to stay in his limits, as he is just boasting of his home town, whereas he has come back after conquering the school.
Ishaan asks him to keep his male ego to himself. Ishaan challenges him to enter into enemity with him, as he wont him live in Jhansi, as he has only seen his friendship and not his enemy. Samrat says that he cant believe that his own best friend, has teamed up against him, and is threatening him. ishaan asks him to shut up, as this wont affect him, and that he is the most sought after lawyers in New york, and reminds him again, that he has come to jhansi only for urmi, and that he would do whatever it takes, and if he thinks its wrong, he doesnt give a damn.

A knock on the door, provokes ishaan to ask the butler to come in, and when he comes with food, he asks samrat to excuse him as its his dinner time now. He sits down, completely ignoring him. Samrat leaves in a huff.
Ishaan calls up and tells urmi, to be cautious, and tells her about samrat and his fit, and the temper he is in, by insinuating about their illicit relation. urmi says that he has done this to her before. Ishaan erxpresses that he too reprimanded him back, and now he would do anything in his rage, brash and irresponsible. She asks him to stop behaving like her guardian, as she has faced samrat and also composed herself, in worse situations. He says that he doesnt know what happened to her when he wasnt there, but he wont let anything wrong happen to her now. He says that he is just a well wisher, bnot a guardian, and he doesnt need a certificate from her. she thanks him resignedly, and then cancells the call. He is tensed.
The next morning, as shaurya gets ready for school, Tiwari Ji keeps teasing shaurya that he would send him back to his father if he misbehaves, while he tells him that he wont misbehave, and only study in school. just then the postman delivers a notice from the court and gets tensed. urmi receives it. She is shocked to see that its a notice from the court, regarding the hearing of the divorce date, after ten days, through Samrat’s lawyer. they ask her to get the lawyer to prepare, and that she should also send a notice through their lawyer. When they hear about Niranjan being the opposition lawyer, they are tensed that he is the top advocate here. Urmi remembers about her absconding lawyer, and is tensed.
Later, in urmi’s absence, ishaan drops by and sushma and her husband discuss urmi’s case, and he pleads them to convince urmi that he should take this case. Sushma says that the lawyer has already been hired. Ishaan asks why do they need anyone when she has him. She says that urmi doesnt believe him, and that she is an independant girl. ishaan tries to show them the implications, as to what lengths samrat can go to win this case. they are convinced. Sushma and her husband are asked to find out the lawyer’s name from urmi, so that he can find out about his calibre. they agree. she is relieved that there’s someone who understands urmi, and shall stand by her, at any cost. As kanchan is instigated by shashi, rudra tries to shut her up. Aditi too comes and says that she cant believe that urmi said this. shashi continues to instigate everyone against urmi, while aditi comes in urmi’s defense, saying that urmi is just trying to cover up with samrat’s torments and troubles. samrat comes home dejectedly, when shashi excitedly tells him that she has to tell him something, that would require him to be patient and calm. She tells him that she met urmi in the market and what urmi did with her, adding in with her extra remarks, and instigates samrat, saying that she would get lots of men, after divorce and says that she feels urmi has an affair.
Samrat is again drawn to ishaan and urmi. All reprimand shashi for doing this, while samrat vehemently supports shashi, and that he also knows the bastard behind it, and all are shocked when he names ishaan. shashi instigates him, that he took ishaan to the honeymoon too, and they must have enjoyed there too. Rudra tries to shut her, but she continues to instigate samrat, saying that he was too innocent to understand all this, and samrat is influenced by her instigation.
Shashi even goes to the extent of saying that maybe shaurya isnt his son after all, and is ishaan’s child. All are shocked. Samrat in a rage, comes to grab her throat, while she is scared, and he asks her to shut up, and never utter it again, as he would kill her. He leaves in a huff. All are shocked at shashi’s callous statements.
At the dining table, next day, samrat is still lost in yesterday’s thoughts of urmi and ishaan, when his attention is drawn by shashi towards his ringing phone. He receives niranjan’s call, who tells him that urmi must have received the notice. samrat again reminds that he wants the game over in one hearing, as he doesnt want to create a scene of himself in jhansi. Niranjan again goes on a self boast rant, and tells him that the hearing is on 28th november. samrat agrees resignedly and then his attention is drawn as aditi’s would be in-laws come in visible angry. He is surprised. samrat gets to attending to them with much buttering and pleasings.

As aditi, on her elders’ command, tries to touch their feet, he stops them saying that there’s no relation and they neednt do this drama. He starts insulting them that they wont manage a relation with them, even in their worst days. Shashi asks what happened. He tells shashi that they wont take any relation, and shows her the fake bangles, and all are shocked. The prospective in-laws’ insult samrat and his family completely, while shashi tries to tell them the importance of these heirloom bangles. samrat tries to clear the misunderstanding, as they wont do this with anyone. But they say that the misunderstanding is now clear, as they neednt have been betrayed like this. Rudra tries to calm him down, but they are beyond salvation, and say that they are calling off the relationship.
Samrat tries to insist them to be given one chance, and shashi too joins in, saying that they can sort it out. But they are adamant that the relation has been called off now, and they wont even look back, now that they are once disappointed. samrat is frustrated, and shows shashi what bangles are these. shashi tries to talk, while samrat is angry. rudra asks them to get it checked. samrat asks them to hurry, and get to the bottom of it rightaway. aditi is tensed and boggled. Samrat is frustrated as to whats happening.
Urmi talks to the cafe owner, and then having finalised the deal, she remembers to pick shaurya and also stuff for the pasteries. she gets in the elevator, which stops midway. Urmi gets tensed, and also finds that the alarm button isnt working. they start screaming for help. urmi is oblivious that on the ground, samrat too is waiting for the same lift to get to a meeting.
Samrat too is oblivious of urmi’s presence. Urmi being claustrophobic starts suffocating inside. Co-passengers start noticing and asks whats wrong, and she says that she is pregnant. samrat downstairs start getting impatient, with no regard of the pregnant lady in the stuck lift. the people comment as to how samrat is just involved in his meeting, instead of the plight of the pregnant lady. The people inside the lift, keep screaming for urmi.
Samrat callously wards off everyone’s inhumae accusations at him. A lady tells him to take the stairs, if he is so impatient. He leaves, attending to another call. As the lift door finally opens, all the people rush to urmi’s care, as she is nearly unconscious. they make her sit down and relax while samrat is at a distance on the phone call. After cancelling the call, he finds urmi, being attended to. Samrat is shocked to find urmi, and wonders whats she doing here. the lady starts telling urmi to take care of herself, in such a delicate condition, and asks her to keep a bottle of water with her all the time. Samrat is shocked to hear this. the screen freezes on his enraged face.
Precap: Urmi comes to the same hospital, for her appointment with the gynaecologist, and the nurse says that the doctor is waiting for her. she proceeds to the chamber. samrat comes rushedly and then asks the nurse about the details of urmi. The nurse asks who is he, and he hastily says that he is the husband and has the damn right to know about her. the nurse says that they have the lady’s records, and she would check on that. she asks him his name, and he responds. But the nurse shocks him by telling that her husband’s name is in fact registered as ishaan sinha, and not samrat singh rathoire. He is shocked. He eyes urmi venomously, as she takes her medical reports and steps out of the chamber.
Later, Samrat confronts urmi and reprimands her, that she branded him as character less, and where was her character, when she was sleeping and spending the night, with ishaan. She is shocked at what he is insinuating. He says that he wont let ishaan’s child develop in his wife’s womb and that the child would have to die. He points a pistol at her belly, and she is dazed and shocked. The sound of the gun shoot, reverberates everyone, while urmi stands speechless. Lies of the Heart 25 June 2020
Samrat gets disbelieved and fumes finding out about urmi’s pregnancy. He thinks they have not been living together, then how did Urmi get pregnant? He tries to go to her, but is stopped by a guy. He says he came to receive him as elevator stopped working. Urmi picks up her stuff and leaves. Samrat goes for his meeting then. He can’t seem to concentrate on anything and keeps recalling the lady telling urmi to take care in her pregnancy.
Shaurya is left alone outside school as all kids go home. He starts crying. Ishaan is near there and he sees him. He goes to him and calms him down. Shaurya first says his mum said not to talk to strangers, but Ishaan starts conversing and asks him to tell his problem. Shaurya says his mum still didn’t come to pick him up. Ishaan says she must be stuck in some work and until she doesn’t come he decides to spend time with him. Ishaan asks him if he’s hungry. He says yes and he wants a burger. Ishaan goes to get it. Just then Urmi comes and leaves with Shaurya. Ishaan comes back and thinks he must have left. He already starts missing his new friend.
In an auto, Shaurya tells Urmi he was so scared. Urmi says she will never be late again. He wants to eat burger and they go to a café.

In meeting, Samrat is asked to give his opinion, but he’s lost in thoughts.
Urmi and Shaurya are in café. Shaurya needs sauce and he goes to get it. He sees Ishaan and introduces him to Urmi as world’s best mumma and both are surprised. Urmi gets little mad, but controls her anger. Shaurya tells her he’s very nice person as he took care of him earlier. Shaurya tells him to sit with them. Ishaan says if his mum doesn’t mind, then he can join them. Before Urmi says anything, Shaurya says she doesn’t mind. Ishaan joins in which Urmi doesn’t like. Shaurya asks Ishaan where he stays. Ishaan says he just came here for a reason and is living in hotel. Shaurya tells him to stay in their house saying there’s an extra room.
Urmi gets mad but calms herself down and tells Shaurya it’s Tiwari uncle and Sushma’s house, they can’t decide who can stay there. Shaurya doesn’t listen. Ishaan then interrupts and tells Shaurya he’s very good kid, but he can’t live there. Urmi tells Shaurya to finish eating fast. She removes ice from cold drink. Shaurya demands he wants ice and Urmi gets mad. Ishaan again interrupts and nicely explain it to Shaurya. Urmi feeds him and Ishaan wipes his face. Kanchan sees them together and gets shocked. She’s disgusted with Urmi. She calls Samrat and says Ishaan took his place, she just saw 3 in a café and they were like a happy family.
Samrat gets mad. His associates tell him what is this. He doesn’t pay any attention and is also receiving his personal calls. They also get calls, but they don’t pick up. Samrat fumes at them and says he doesn’t want any deal with them. He tells them to leave his office. They remind him that he’s at their place. He then quietly leaves from there. He thinks if his fear about Urmi being pregnant with Ishaan’s child comes true, then she will have to pay big price.
Sushma helps Urmi to put all stuff in kitchen. She then remembers Ishaan asked her to find out who is Urmi’s lawyer. She asks Urmi about it. Urmi remembers how someone fooled her and took her money promising to help her in case. Urmi tries to change topic, but Sushma asks her again. Urmi says it’s some Sharma and gives a name to her. Urmi then says in her mind how to tell Sushma that she has no lawyer nor money.
Shashi has called a jeweler to check jewelries. The jeweler tells her they are fake. She tells him to check again. Radha comes there and Shashi fumes at her asking how she can come inside like that. Kanchan sends her away and tells Shashi why she’s behaving like that with her sister. Those jewelries were there before Radha came and if it was like that, then she had to be careful. The jeweler finishes checking and confirms some of the jewelries are fake. Aditi remembers she gave those to Amrit.
Samrat remembers Kanchan telling him about seeing the three together, Shashi filling up his mind with Urmi’s possible affair and kid with Ishaan. Just then he sees Urmi and stops his car. He follows her deciding to make Urmi confess all that she did and then show her.
They come inside a hospital. Urmi goes to see a gynecologist. Samrat sees it and goes to the desk and questions nurse why Urmi came here, how many months are done in her pregnancy. The nurse asks him who he is. He says he’s her husband. Nurse asks him if he thinks she’s mad. She saw her husband last time and if he’s her husband, how he would not know about pregnancy time.
Lies of the Heart 25 June 2020 Update continues as Samrat says he’s her husband and he has rights to know what’s going on. The nurse takes out file to see father’s name. She shows him it says Ishaan there. Samrat is shocked. The nurse tells him to leave now before she calls security. Urmi comes outside. He hides and stares her with anger.
Sushma tells the name of the lawyer to ishaan, on phone, and then he cancels the phone, hearing the doorbell ring. He finds annu waiting outside, and is surprised. she is in a romantic daze, as she gets him food. He asks whats in it. She says that she got him homemade food, and then also offers him to serve coffee. She says that she wont let him eat outside food, when she can make it for him. he asks her not to bother. she says that its no botheration, and he teases her if its even edible. She gets angry at him, while he says that he was just joking. He then presents her with a gift, and as usual she gets starry eyed, dreaming of it as a romantic gesture, while he gets busy with his work. she starts dreaming yet again, about their life together.
Urmi revels in her maternal glow and instincts, while talking to her unborn child, as shaurya plays. he asks if she made it for him, and then finds that its short. She is amused. She too plays along, and says that she forgot he had grown, and wonders what to do now, and that shaurya would have to be small to wear this. he says that this is impossible. Sushma comes in, and shaurya shows her the small sweater that urmi has made. sushma too plays along, and reprimands urmi for making so small sweater, and how can shaurya get small.
While shaurya is baffled, urmi asks what if they get a small baby for this sweater. He agrees. Sushma too starts reprimanding her to bring a small baby soon. They are all amused, at shaurya’s excitement. Sushma informs urmi that they both are going to the jagran, and ask urmi to rest here only, and call them if she needs anything. urmi agrees.
Samrat remembers what he has been hearing, and seeing, and his meeting with ishaan and urmi, and his supposed illicit affiar between the two. He starts breaking the glasses, in anger, and the manager comes in asking whats his problem. Samrat lashes out his frustration at him instead, saying that he would ruin everyone, who tries to come in his way or irk him. He thinks that ishaan didnt do this right, and that they both betrayed him so badly, and starts insulting urmi that she showed her true character and her hypocritic charade. he gets angry and says that he wont let it happen, and that he wont spare either urmi or ishaan. He decides to teach them a cruel lesson. As he drives out, he starts ranting out his frustration, comparing urmi to the roadside pr*stitutes. He calls urmi on the cell phone.
Samrat asks urmi what kind of a woman she is, and starts bad mouthing her. Urmi asks him to think of the world what he is, but she wont entertain him. She cancels the call. he gets enraged and asks how dare he cancel his call. He then dials the landline, and urmi wonders if its sushma. She picks up hastily, and then again starts hearing to bad mouths and slangs and abusive words by him. She slams the phone, and gets tensed. He keeps dialling yet again, but this time she dosnt pick up. He gets enraged and she goes inside. He decides to show her, her limits.
Shashi starts lamenting that the jewelleries became all fake. All are tensed, while shashi keeps ranting about her loss of real jewellery. Aditi is tensed, and wonders what Samrat would do once he finds out about this, and thinks that all of that jewellery is fake, that she lent amrit, and decides that she would have to talk to him about it. As they starts looking for the police as an option, aditi gets tensed, that once the investigation begins, her pregnancy might be unravelled too, and that would lead to more trouble. she tells rudra to wait, citing hastily that once diwaker and samrat come back, they migh get upset that Rudra went alone, plus once it gets to the papers, it would cause them huge infamy. They are convinced and decide to wait for samrat. She thinks that she stopped them, for now, but wont be able too for long.
Meanwhile, Amrit is on a rant of boasting and gloating about his debauchery, in the mirror, when he gets aditi’s call, and gets irritated. He picks up lovingly, and aditi tells him angrily about the fake jewellery. He gets shocked, and asks how is this possible. she too asks him the same thing, adding what did she do. He is speechless, and says that he too doesnt know. She talks about the police coming in, and he asks why is this needed. She says that the police shall come to investigate, and he tries hard to desperately conceal his concern, and asks if the police came. she expresses her desire to come, and insists on it, and he says that its getting very late, and to convince her, he makes her swear on the child’s name not to come out at this time of the night. He thinks that he got rid of the problem for now atleast. She agrees to come the first thing tomorrow morning.
Samrat waits outside urmi’s house, in his car, thinking irritatedly that she is sleeping having completely shocked him. urmi puts shaurya to sleep. The lights go off, and she gets tensed. she thinks that if shaurya woke up, he would be scared. She starts to search around for a candle, scared herself too. She fumbles through her way in the kitchen, while the silhouette of a person is shown progressing closer to the house. she is startled by a noise, but doesnt find anyone. she rummages through the drawers looking for a candle, and is continuously aware of someone”s presence.
Urmi comes out of the kitchen, and in the living room, she finally makes her way to the temple. She alights an earthen pot, and as she turns around with it, she lets out a huge scream. But soon she is shushed by ishaan, who asks her not to be scared as its him only. she sternly asks him whats he doing here. He says that he was passing by and he found the house dark, and got concerned. She says that the lights went off. He says that only her lights are off. He points out that the door too is left ajar, and the rest of the family isnt to be seen. she gets tensed, and resignedly tells him everything. He asks her not to be careless like this.
She asks him why are only her lights off. He says that he would find out the main switch to see if the fuse went off. They check the main circuit. once he solves it, she smiles, but then composes herself again, and he asks her to take care of herself atleast. He asks about shaurya and is told that he is sleeping. She tells him that sushma and her husband would take sometime to come back.
Ishaan leaves, and she asks him to close the door. she noids, and then he asks her to do it first, and then he shall leave. samrat watches all this, in the car and is enraged. He decides to take his revenge on ishaan too. Samrat calls up someone, and asks him to do whatever he has been instructed and tells that ishaan is leaving from this lane right now. ishaan leaves, oblivious of samrat’s intentions.
Ishaan is cornered by hooliganbs, sent on Samrat’s orders, and tell him that they have come here to kill him. he eyes them tensedly. He tries to tactically fight with all of them, and starts taking them out one by one. But one of them takes a rod and hits him hard on the head, catching him offguard, and he falls semi-conscious on the ground, and they all gang up on him. They start accusing him of betraying his friendship, and then having an illicit affair with his childhood best friend’s wife. Ishaan is shocked, when he finds having been cornered, and gets up somehow, despite his dazed state, and the leader takes out his knife, to stab him with a fatal blow. He evades one, but the leader strikes again.
In his inebriated state, Samrat arrives at sushma’s residence, while urmi is fast asleep. He eyes the closed door, and tries to open it, but it doesnt open. He gets frustrated and then finds the window, in his semiconscious state. He is able to open it, but then finds a grill, covering it. He slides a log of wood, and then tries to get the door to open, and is able to successfully. Throwing the log aside, he gets inside the house, stealthily, and then shuts it back, and also bolts it from inside. He then walks through the house, trying to search for urmi, in each of the rooms, one by one. In that, by mistake, a vase falls on the floor, causing a sound, that gets urmi to wake up in tension. she walks out to check, while samrat too walks through trying to search for urmi.
As urmi switches the lights on, samrat hides behind a pillar, stealthily eyeing her. She wonders where the noise came from. She finds the window open, and goes to close it, while samrat is enraged, thinking that now she and her son’s father shall be dead now. He takes out a nylon rope to gag her. As he progresses, he has to hide back again, as a door knock, causes her to startle, and she welcomes sushma and her husband inside. As he goes on a rant, urmi offers to get tea. Sushma and her husband start talking. Samrat thinks that urmi has good luck, or else she would have been killed today. He thinks that he has a few hours left now, after that would happen, which he wants to. Outside the house, samrat thinks that he would give urmi a painful death. He storms off.
The next morning, sushma and her husband keep trying ishaan’s number, but find that he didnt pick up. They get tensed wondering as to what caused this behaviour, and wonders whether samrat’s scare got into him, and he retreated from helping urmi. but her husband thinks that there’s definitely some other reason. While shaurya irritates urmi, saying that he doesnt need any vaccination, she tries hard to get him to agree to this last one. Sushma asks him to not irritate his mother and agree to what urmi says. Sushma’s husband promises shaurya cartoons, if he gets the vaccination. He agrees and gets ready. Sushma hesitatingly brings up ishaan’s topic, asking if she had a talk with him. She denies. Sushma tries to force her into trying and looking for ishaan’s help in her case. she stoically replies that she doesnt need his help. they are tensed.
The next morning, all wait for samrat at the dining table, as its getting late. The new maid, Radha tells them that he isnt in the room, and nowhere else too, as she broomed the entire house, and didnt find him anywhere. kanchan asks shashi not to worry, as samrat must have gone out for some work. Some people come for meeting samrat, who had promised them to come and collect the check. Diwaker asks them to check in office. the people say that samrat had made an appointment at home only. all are baffled, that he isnt in the office and not at home too. Diwaker tries his number, but finds it switched off. All get tensed.
Diwaker apologises to them, and asks them to come tomorrow to the office. They get upset at samrat’s unprofessional behaviour, and that their reputation shall be tarnished due to this. diwaker tries to comfort, but they are beyond consolation and leaves. diwaker is angry that due to his rash behaviour, he has to listen all the time. all are confused as to whats going on, rudra says that he has no attention on anyone else other than urmi. kanchan too favours him.
As diwaker comes for the meeting, he is shocked to find samrat, who never misses the accounts’ meeting, absent and then the employees and other investors, start pointing out that he has been very lax lately. Diwaker wonders what to tell them, and where’s samrat and whats occupying his mind these days.
Samrat arrives in a dingy locality, and climbs up the stairs, to the room, of some dangerous hooligans and mafia people. He asks them for what he had ordered. They give him a pistol, branding it as A-one. He eyes the pistol, with much sadistic pleasure, as he is asked of the reason why he needs a desi pistol, instead of the licensed ones that they can afford. He shuts him, warning him to keep to his own work. samrat shuts him with a bundle of notes, saying that it wont be needed. He stuffs in the pistol in his back pocket, and leaves.
As urmi arrives with shaurya, he finds ishaan badly hurt and being taken on a stretcher. He rushes after him, and is shocked to see him like that. as urmi catches up with shaurya, running after him, she is shocked to find ishaan, hurt like that. She asks the nurse, and she says that she doesnt know, but thinks that he was in a fight, and they managed to barely save him last night, when he was brought here, in a critical condition. She asks urmi if she knows him, as the hospital is doing charity treatment. She says that she knows him very well. she wonders how did this happen and who would do this to ishaan. She is super tensed.
When ishaan regains consciousness, he asks howcome they all are here, as he finds urmi and sushma and her family with him. shaurya takes the credit for getting it all here. Sushma’s husband asks him to stay outside. Once he is gone, urmi and Tiwari Ji ask him who did this to him, and he remembers Samrat’s men, but doesnt say anything. she asks how can he not know, or if he doesnt want to say anything. he says that somebody took out his revenge on him. They are tensed, while urmi asks him to swear on her and say if samrat made this attack happen. he is left speechless, and then doesnt have any other option but to tell the truth, that samrat sent goons to kill him. urmi is shattered, and sushma and her husband are shocked.
Urmi is enraged, while ishaan keeps asking to let it go, as he doesnt expect anything else from samrat, as his thinking nd ego have made him an uncontrollable animal, and his ego is so bruised, that he isnt able to tolerate this all, and hence was concerned for her. sushma wonders how can a man be like this. As he is being taken away for X-ray, he asks urmi to remain calm as she doednt need to say anything to anyone. she is stunned. ishaan leaves. She gets a call from samrat, and excuses herself. She takes the call, and samrat says that one thing is sure, that they have separated and soon would be divorced, hence he wants to meet her one last time.
Urmi says that she too wants to meet him, and one more thing, she has to talk a lot. he asks her to meet her rightnow. She too says that she cant wait. He gives her an address where he is waiting for her. She cancels the call. samrat says that he would set an exmaple, out of her, and sunb her infidelity and that she was still samrat’s wife and still became ishaan’s child’s mother. He decides to teach her a lesson.
When ishaan wakes up, he finds everyone around, but not urmi. He asks about her, and sushma says that she just went out. He is tensed.
Samrat is amused when urmi comes in, storming, and venting out her frustration, as to how he could do this to ishaan. He however sarcastically comments that ishaan is still alive, as he was meant to be killed. She is shocked. Samrat taunts her that he doesnt know if she would have behaved like a widow, but would have been very sad, as she couldnt see the plight and pain of her lover, and that she felt the pain of his wounds.
