The former Speaker of the Bayelsa state House Of Assembly Rt Hon Tonye Emmanuel Isenah wrote this on his Facebook with a strong warning urging men to sincerely study there wife’s to avoid Domestic Violence stressing that so many homes are living with bitterness due to this sad challenge.

Women are helpers, we are not supposed to even touch our wifes for him, he has never touch his wife any day and he will not do it. He further said, beating his wife is like beating himself.

I think men should study the bible and understand the value placed on women by God, otherwise they will keep abusing their wives. God said” love her as Christ loved the church and gave himself for it”. Why would you abuse or destroy a thing you are ready to die for?. Lets join hands to campaign agaisnt abusive marriages and relationships. I JOIN TO SAY NO TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
