Nigerian businessman Olakunle Churchill has spoken about his relationship with former President Olusegun Obasanjo following comments from social media users suggesting the elder statesman might be his biological father.

Responding in the comment section, Churchil explained that a father figure is not necessarily the person who gave birth to you.

According to him, a father figure can also be an uncle, relative, or family friend who plays a significant role in raising, guiding, and mentoring someone while growing up:

Churchill further revealed that through Obasanjo’s influence, he attended a military school in Abeokuta where he spent much of his childhood.
