YENAGOA – The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Bayelsa State, Barrister George Turnah, MON, has reaffirmed his commitment to fostering unity and advancing the development of Bayelsa State following a courtesy visit to respected elder statesman, Chief Peter D. W. Ogbarisi (Chief Superintendent of Corps, Rtd.), at his country home in Elebele Community, Ogbia Local Government Area.
The visit, described as cordial and symbolic, provided an opportunity for both leaders to engage in warm interactions and exchange views on matters of mutual interest, with particular emphasis on promoting peace, unity, and sustainable development across Bayelsa State.
Turnah noted the importance of continuous engagement with respected community leaders and stakeholders whose wealth of experience remains invaluable to the growth and stability of the state.
