ABUJA — State Chairmen of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from Kaduna, Katsina, Bayelsa and Kwara States joined other party leaders and stakeholders at the 109th National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting held in Abuja on Wednesday.
