CONGRATULATIONS TO Dr. Samuel Ogbuku ON HISTORIC EMERGENCE AS PARAMOUNT RULER OF AYAKORO COMMUNITY

On behalf of my beloved wife, Dr. (Mrs.) Jennifer Turnah, and our children, I heartily congratulate the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, on his emergence as the Paramount Ruler of Ayakoro Community.

This prestigious honour is a fitting recognition of your distinguished record of service, exemplary leadership, and unwavering commitment to the growth and development of Ayakoro Community, Bayelsa State, and the Niger Delta region. It reflects the confidence, trust, and admiration reposed in you by your people and stands as a testament to the enduring impact of your contributions to society.

This well-deserved elevation further affirms your reputation as a worthy son of Bayelsa State, a bridge-builder, community leader, and passionate advocate of peace, development, and progress. Your leadership continues to inspire hope and strengthen the collective aspirations of our people across the Niger Delta.

I have no doubt that this new traditional responsibility will provide an even greater platform to promote peace, unity, cultural preservation and prosperity within Ayakoro and beyond.

As you assume this noble duty, I pray that the Almighty God grants you wisdom, strength, good health, and a successful reign marked by peace, unity, prosperity, and remarkable accomplishments for Ayakoro Kingdom and its people.

Congratulations, Your Royal Highness, on this well-deserved honour and historic elevation.

Signed:
