Ultimate Love 2020 Sunday show – The Hurt and fears of leaving Love pad
Loving can really hurt sometimes – Once again, the Nominations and fear of getting Checked Out created tension in the Love Pad, but we can only hope that love will conquer all.
It all began with Bolanle trying to help Michael by letting him know his buddy, Louis (and Louis’ partner, Jenny Koko) had been planning to Nominate him long before it became official, earlier tonight. This backfired when Michael decided to confront his friend which lead to Jenny Koko lashing out at Bolanle for telling on her. She was so irate, the whole Pad had to step in to try and calm her to no avail.
Cherry (justifiably upset by the betrayal) then called Louis a liar and Jenny Koko a “mad dog” escalating things even further. Louis got incessed and Jenny Koko threatened to “WASH” Cherry if she ever tried her again. Michael and Obi had to pull Cherry away after her temper got the better of her – she was ready to fight. All in all, a rather unfortunate state of affairs after a week full of triumphs and great strides for our Couples.

Aunty showed up just in time and made sure to remind everyone that there’s absolutely no need to get upset about Nominations if your heart is in the right place because win or lose, you leave the Love Pad with the reward of a soulmate. She also advised everyone to be tender and kind to one another because nobody is perfect; “We are all saints and sinners”. The mood was immediately lifted and she proceeded to reveal who would be up for the public vote now that things had cooled off.
Chivia and Jeriton, who have the most Nominations, have been picked to face off in Aunty’s Real World Challenge tomorrow. The winners get saved. The unsuccessful Couple however, will have to count on the supporters who believe in their love story alongside Presh David (4), ObiEbi (3), Micherry (2) and Iykeresa (2).
