Ibena Rufus Salvation, National Chairman of the Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme Phase 2, has expressed deep appreciation to the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, for his unwavering commitment towards implementing his Five-Point Agenda.

Since assuming office, Dr. Otuaro’s constant engagement with critical stakeholders of the programme has brought about significant progress, renewed hope, and visible impact across the Niger Delta region.
