The Michael Bless Olomu Foundation cordially notifies the public of the opening ceremony of its maiden football tournament tagged “Sagbama Renewed Hope Competition”.

This tournament is meant to showcase the potential of football as a critical tool for development which can bring people and communities together in fostering unity and social inclusion.

The Sagbama Renewed Hope Competition comprises a number of football matches between thirty two (32) registered communities (represented in teams) cutting across the entire Sagbama Local Government Area.

The kick-off of this competition is scheduled to hold on the 23rd of March, 2025 at Agbadiowei Playground, Mile 3, Sagbama Town, Bayelsa State, by 3pm. Other matches will follow suit as scheduled in other designated centres

The Foundation kindly requests and appreciates your esteemed presence and support as it considered sports a major source of social re- engineering in foster peace, unity, and sustainable development within our communities in Sagbama Local Goverment Area.
