On 25th day of October,2025 The House of Assembly Speakers FORUM Resigned from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) following a meeting and unanimously agreed and resigned our membership from PDP following the resignation of our Governor Sen Douye Diri, and that of our Principal Rt. Hon. Abraham Ongobere Speaker BSHA.

Being our employer and indomitable Political Leaders of our time we reassure you of our undivided loyalty and strong support to your resolve to abandon PDP and to follow you to your new political journey and to render our usual efficient services and work with you tirelessly from now till the next routine general election come 2027.
This is our step with deterination to show our appreciation to your magnanimity in appointing us into various offices in your cabinet.

Furthermore,our followers are committed in rendering quality service, pledge to remain law abiding and join hands to foster cordial and peaceful working relations of the Rt. Hon Speaker in particular,also to Governor Douye Diri,Leader of the ‘Prosperity government’,and in general the Good people of Bayelsa State.
