As the political season draws nearer, a political force from Southern Ijaw Constituency 3, led by Dr. Solomon David, has paid a strategic visit to Chief Pastor Reuben at his residence in Koloama, Bayelsa State.

Speaking to TvAfrica24 News during the visit, Dr. Solomon David said the delegation considered it important to engage key moral and community leaders as preparations intensify for the next political cycle.

“Chief Pastor Reuben is not only a spiritual leader but a voice of wisdom in our land. As the political season gets closer, it is important that our actions are guided by peace, unity and the overall interest of Southern Ijaw Constituency 3,” Dr. David stated.

added that the group remains committed to people-centred politics and inclusive leadership that will bring meaningful development to the area.

In his response, Chief Pastor Reuben warmly welcomed the delegation and commended them for their show of respect and foresight.

“Politics should be anchored on service, integrity and the fear of God. I am encouraged to see leaders taking time to seek counsel and promote unity as we approach another political season,” the cleric said.

He further prayed for peace, wisdom and purposeful leadership in Southern Ijaw, urging political actors to place the welfare of the people above personal interests.
