Matthew 4:15-16 The land of Zabulon, and the land of Nephthalim, by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles;
The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.
Inferring dispationately from the above biblical referencia, Sen. Douye Diri is that Messiah sent from God to salvage Bayelsa State from the doldrums of underdevelopment, the snags of oligarchical wastage of our common patrimony, the sinister evil of routine money laundering and the produberant of incessant murders and social vices that has culminated into this unusual peace we are enjoying in the state.
Posterity wouldn’t have forgiven Bayelsa State if not that His Execellency Sen. Douye Diri(the Messiah) has turned that ugly trend with frugality and has set Bayelsa State on the right path.
Today, the whole state is celebrating because light has come.The long awaited gas turbine has arrived. What else do a people need from their leaders? Jesus is light, the Messiah of the world, Douye Diri is light, the Messiah of Bayelsa State. He has restored light to us and road networks all over the state. He has revamped the educational system both in the primary, secondary and tertiary institutions of the state and also has restored the joy of the civil servants by prompt salary payments and the release of all backlogs of pensions in the state civil service and local government workers. He saved the state from the danger and causal effects of frictional unemployment by restoring thousands of sacked workers in the state. Building infrastructures in the state capital and projects in various communities in the state is unparalleled. He has employed the highest number of workers in the state and the excercise is still ongoing. Above all, his peaceful disposition and the peace he has restored to the state that is a beacon to investors both local and foreign.
A legendary in the myth of the cosmopolitan Izon nation who has consistently contributed in no little measure to the peace building of the Ijaw ethnic nationality across the globe as a youth till date. A star amongst the constellation of stars with iridescent blue feathers! The joy of the state. I have never seen a governor that worked in his second tenure like Governor Douye Diri.
