REUBEN WILSON CELEBRATES GOV. DIRI AT 67, COMMENDS HIS LEADERSHIP LEGACY
Yenagoa, Bayelsa State
A member of the Governing Council of the University of Uyo and Founder of the Pastor Reuben Initiative for Good Leadership and Accountability, Chief Reuben C. Wilson, has congratulated the Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Douye Diri, on the occasion of his 67th birthday anniversary.
In a goodwill message issued through his Director of Media, Mr. Barakumo Odede, Chief Wilson described Governor Diri as a visionary leader whose dedication to service, peace, and development has continued to positively impact the lives of Bayelsans.
According to him, the governor’s administration has demonstrated commitment to sustainable development, good governance, and the welfare of the people, earning him widespread respect within and outside the state.
Chief Wilson noted that Governor Diri’s leadership style, characterized by humility, resilience, and inclusiveness, has contributed significantly to the stability and progress of Bayelsa State.
“As Governor Douye Diri marks his 67th birthday, we celebrate a leader whose life exemplifies service, purpose, and commitment to the collective good of our people. His contributions to the growth and development of Bayelsa State remain commendable and worthy of recognition,” he stated.
The University of Uyo Governing Council member expressed gratitude to God for preserving the governor’s life and granting him the wisdom and strength to steer the affairs of the state.
He prayed for continued good health, divine guidance, greater accomplishments, and renewed strength for Governor Diri as he continues to serve the people of Bayelsa State.
Chief Wilson further wished the governor a memorable birthday celebration and many more years of impactful leadership.
