Hon. Alfred Kemepado Nimizigha hails from Odoni community in Sagbama Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.

He is happily married and has an impressive academic background, with a recent Executive Certificate in Negotiation Strategies: Building Agreement Across Boundaries from the prestigious Harvard Kennedy School in the USA (2024).

He also holds a Master’s degree in Political Science, specializing in Governance and Public Policies, from the University of Manchester in the UK (2014). Additionally, he has a Certificate for Participation in a Sociological convention from the Russian Presidential Academy in Moscow (2014).

He completed his national service with the National Youth Service Corps in 2007 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Calabar in Nigeria (2004). His secondary education was at Bereton College, and Lao Russell Memorial Secondary School – Port Harcourt, where he obtained the West African Senior School Certificate (1998).
He began his educational journey at Community Primary School in Odoni, Sagbama LGA, earning his First School Leaving Certificate in 1992.

He is vastly experienced in both administration and leadership having served in various capacities such as:
