Pastor Reuben Wilson Attends Special Thanksgiving Service in Honour of Bayelsa Deputy Governor

The Founder of Pastor Reuben Initiative for Good Governance and Accountability and traditional ruler, Chief Hon. Reuben Clifford Wilson (The Ebimiewei I of Kolu-Ama Clan), on Sunday joined other dignitaries, political leaders, clergymen and worshippers at the ongoing Special Thanksgiving Service held in honour of the Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State, Pastor Peter Pereotubo Akpe, Ph.D.

The thanksgiving service took place at The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Providence 27 Parish, Yenagoa, where praises and prayers were offered in appreciation to God for His faithfulness and guidance over the life and administration of the Deputy Governor.

Chief Wilson, popularly known as The People’s General, participated actively in the worship service alongside notable personalities and members of the Christian community who gathered to celebrate with Pastor Akpe and his family.

The event, which attracted political associates, church leaders and well-wishers from across the state, featured sessions of praise, worship and prayers for continued peace, prosperity and divine direction for Bayelsa State and its leadership.

Pastor Peter Pereotubo Akpe, a devoted Christian and Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State, has continued to enjoy widespread goodwill and support from the people, with the thanksgiving service serving as another opportunity to appreciate God for His grace and blessings.

The presence of Chief Hon. Reuben C. Wilson at the occasion underscored his continued support for the state government and his commitment to fostering unity, peace and spiritual growth within Bayelsa State.
