Member governing Council university of Uyo Akwa Ibom State and Founder of the Pastor Reuben Initiative for Good Leadership and Accountability, (PRIFGLA) Pastor Reuben Clifford Wilson, has extended warm and heartfelt birthday felicitations to Chief David Lyon, former Governor-elect of Bayelsa State, describing him as a symbol of resilience, visionary leadership, and enduring commitment to the progress of Bayelsa State and Nigeria at large.
