The Chairperson of Ohaneze Ndigbo, Women Wing, Dr. Chief Dame, Hon. Rita Daniels Chukwuji has congratulated wife of the Senate President, Chief Mrs. Unoma Akpabio at the auspicious occasion of her birthday, describing her as loving mother.
In a felicitation message on Sunday, Hon. Daniels said Chief Mrs. Akpabio has remained a leading light in shaping a greater future for women in the nation’s socio-political discourse.
She said the Akwa Ibom former First Lady despite her inter-tribal marriage has continued to keep in touch with her root, urging others to take a cue from her.
“An exemplary mother, Chief Mrs. Unoma Akpabio has signposted herself as a beacon of hope for women inclusion in Nigeria’s political firmament.
“She has been at the forefront in being a model for wives and young mothers to emulate, providing them with sound moral compass as home keepers”, she said.
The Ohanaeze Ndigbo Women Leader therefore prayed God to continue to endow the Senate President’s wife with good health and wisdom to continue in her service to fatherland.
