SATANIC GAINS

“And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying:” (Acts 16: 16)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.

According to our Focal Scripture, the damsel who was possessed with a spirit of divination brought her masters much gain by her soothsaying. That damsel was involved in negative activities, but she made gains for her paymasters. She made profit through the lives of people who may not have realized that she had paymasters. The enemy was making gains through the lives of those who patronized the damsel and her soothsaying.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: no satanic power will make gains through your life. No power of hell will get a raise through your life. The devil will not have reasons to smile because of your life. You will not be an example of one whose life the enemy has taken down the drains. You will not be an example of one whose destiny doors are locked up. Your life will not advertise the devil’s prowess. You will not be added to the enemy’s gain.

Hear me as I hear the Lord: you will not be a victim of afflictions that will make the enemy happy. You will not be counted amongst them that the devil made a mess of their destinies. You will not be consumed by eaters of flesh and drinkers of blood. Your life will not be a venue for the enemy to practice his wickedness. You will not be an example of a life that made the devil smile. You will not be caught in the midst of satanic activity.

Today, I pray for you: your life will advertise God’s goodness. You will be called the one whom God showed mercy. You will be counted amongst them that God literally carried into their wealthy place. You will be counted amongst men that have massively enjoyed the help of God. You will be counted amongst the top gainers from the works of the Lord. You will be an example of one on whom God has chosen to display His greatness.

The days of being the man on whom the devil has made gains, are over.

Isaiah 49: 17 GNB says: “Those who will rebuild you are coming soon, and those who destroyed you will leave.”

Declare With Me: The devil will not make profit on my destiny, in Jesus’ name!
