Miss Nollywood International Queen Represents Nollywood at Cultural Convention in Nigeria

In November, Miss Nollywood International Queen, Hassana Ozohu Salisu, made headlines by representing the vibrant Nollywood film industry at a prestigious cultural event—the National Convention of the Ohiku Egbira Descendants Union (OEDU) in Ohiku Onya, Egbira Land, Nigeria. Her invitation to this significant occasion underscored the growing intersection of culture and entertainment on the global stage.

The event celebrated unity, love, and collaboration among the diverse clans of Kogi State, showcasing a rich tapestry of cultural values. Attendees included various political representatives, tittle holders,cultural leaders, and dignitaries, including the state’s governor rep, and numerous traditional kings, all of whom welcomed Miss Nollywood with great honor and smile’s.

Dressed in green white green symbolizing Nigeria flag and Honour, Miss Hassana was accompanied by her manager, Orits Gee, and a security detail as they made their way to the palace. The overwhelming hospitality from the kings and leaders was highlighted by prayers and encouragement, emphasizing the significance of her presence.

In addition to participating in the festivities, Miss Nollywood engaged with the media, including an interview with Nigeria Television Authority (NTA) and other outlets, further spreading the event’s impact beyond local boundaries.

A particularly poignant moment came when Miss Hassana paid her respects at the palace of the late Dr. Ohinoyi Ado Ibrahim 1, alongside her manager ORITS Gee and other teams .a revered ruler of Kogi Okene. The palace staff warmly received her, underscoring the deep cultural connections that bind the community.
