Miss Nollywood International, Queen Hassana Attend AGN’s President Caucus Meeting
The Miss Nollywood International Queen, Hassana, made a notable appearance at the President’s Caucus meeting of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), drawing attention from members and stakeholders within the film industry.
Her presence added prestige and glamour to the high-level gathering, which brought together key members of the Presidential and Kitchen Cabinets of the guild to deliberate on critical issues affecting the body and the Nigerian film industry at large.
The meeting also coincided with preparations for a significant milestone in the guild, as both the former and current National Presidents were honoured with chieftaincy titles. The recognition was described by members as a testament to their contributions toward the growth and stability of the AGN.
In an official announcement issued by the Chief of Staff to the National President, Princess Chelsea R.C. Nwodo, members were invited to attend the investiture ceremony of the current National President, Sanusi Abubakar Yakubu. The ceremony took place at the AGN National Secretariat, located at 123 Ficus Benjamin Street, Gaduwa Estate, Abuja.
The chieftaincy conferment on both past and present leaders underscores a growing culture of honouring excellence and leadership within the guild. Stakeholders noted that such recognition not only celebrates individual achievements but also strengthens unity and continuity within the organization.
Queen Hassana, in her brief interaction, commended the leadership of the guild for fostering inclusiveness and promoting the Nigerian film industry on both national and international stages.
