Miss Nollywood culture and Tourism Nigeria QUEEN ELIZABETH EMMAUEL attends the the Niger Delta Youth Discourse; Niger Delta Youth Parliament in collaboration with the Office of the Special Assistant to the President on ICT Development and Digital Innovation. As a youth and a brand face, she was called upon to speak on the importance of ICT in Nollywood culture and Tourism and she further advised youth to acquire knowledge in ICT and encourage ministries to embrace the change that comes with it .

THE CONVERGENCE 2.0 – Themed: “Empowering Tomorrow: Harnessing ICT Innovations for Niger Delta’s Growth” organised by the Niger Delta Youth Parliament (NDYP) Bayelsa Caucus, was held at the Embeleakpo Apere Auditorium, Niger Delta University, Law Faculty, Ovom Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
