‘I’m Confused…’ Miss Bayelsa Queen Beatrice Ghandi

The current Miss Bayelsa Beauty Queen, Beatrice Biobelemoye Ghandi has finally spoken eleven days after unknown gunmen kidnapped her father along the Brass river traveling back home after visiting her in Yenagoa shortly.

Queen Ghandi since the incident has been in shock and traumatized.

According to her, the kidnappers contacted the family days after her father was kidnapped demanding a large sum of money and since then kept mute.

Narrating her experience to reporters, she said “I am broken in the bones, I am confused, I don’t actually know what to do next…”

She spoke on her aborted medical outreach to Ogbia community.

“I and my team are supposed to be in Ogbia LGA today 20th February for a Medical Outreach, but couldn’t go on with that” the Beauty Queen narrated.

Mr. Ghandi was among other community chiefs kidnapped eleven days ago without any report of their whereabout.

The Miss Bayelsa 2021 Queen calls on the state government and Nigerian police to speed up actions for the release of her father and others in the hands of their abductors.

“I call on the state government, the Nigerian Police, and other security outfits to help to see their release and pray nothing happens to them wherever they are held up”, she concluded.
