Laycon’s ‘Hiphop’ song overtakes Davido’s ‘Jowo’ to trend number 1 on iTunes Nigeria
Olamilekan Moshood Agbeleshe, known professionally as Laycon, keeps setting and breaking records as far as 2020 is concerned.
The rapper and winner of Big Brother Naija Season 5, teamed up with Deshinor, months ago to release his hit song dubbed ‘Hiphop’ which is currently trending number 1 on iTunes Nigeria.
The song gained prominence after the budding rapper appeared on BBnaija season 5 to promote his songs, which subsequently saw him win the show.
Days ago, Laycon hinted on releasing the visuals of his ‘Hiphop’ song and upon the announcement, the song has overtaken the likes of Jowo by Davido, Infinity by Olamide, Ginger by Wizkid and other big songs in Nigeria to trend Number 1 on iTunes Nigeria.
Laycon is indeed a ‘god in human body’ like they say. His fans are also one of the best and loyal fanbase one could ever ask for.
Laycon is a rapper, singer and songwriter. He is currently the youth ambassador of Ogun State, Nigeria since 6 October 2020.
