IYC Commend Kestin, Tantita Over Promise To Take Over Secretariat Building, Reaching Out To Nigerians

The Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide has commended High Chief (Engr) Kestin Pondi, Managing Director (MD), Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited over promise to take over the IYC Secretariat building in Yenagoa.

As a council, we are appreciating High Chief (Engr) Kestin Pondi and the entire top management of the Tantita Security Services for this rare and kind gesture as Tantita has become a blessing to not only Ijaw nation but a blessing to the Niger Delta region and Nigeria at large.

Today, we are not only commending Chief Kestin Pondi for the pledge of taking over the Secretariat building but for supporting every activities of council, we are also appreciating Tantita Security Services for reaching out to our people on a daily basis that are passing through one form of issue or the other.

Tantita is not only safeguarding oil facilities in the Niger Delta region but also embarking on critical projects in strengthening Nigerian institutions and saving lives as well. Since the Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited was engaged by the Federal Government of Nigeria to secure oil pipelines in our region, oil production has astronomically increased thereby making Nigeria a more economically viable nation without fluctuating and dwindling oil revenue.

However, our hitherto gravely polluted and damaged environment due to the rampant illegal bunkering activities is now back on track with our environment so clean and aquatic lives fully restored as oil theft is gradually becoming a thing of the past.

It is our call that the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s led Federal Government of Nigeria should continue to partner with Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited in safeguarding oil facilities across the region as the company has overtime proven its capacity to the Federal Government and Nigerians as one of the best surveillance security firm in Nigeria.

We are also scoring Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited very high on youth empowerment, human capacity building across the Niger Delta region and the high level of commitments and dedication toward peace-building by engaging stakeholders in the region for the sustenance of peace.

Nevertheless, as stakeholders in the Niger Delta and Nigeria at large, we are satisfied with the professional conduct of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited for truly fighting oil theft in the Niger Delta region.

The IYC global Secretariat building when completed will strengthen and give council a face-lift as Council will be 27 solid years without a building of its own by December 11th 2025. History will forever be kind, the entire Ijaw nation will be hugely indebted and grateful to High Chief (Dr) Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, Engr Matthew Tonlagha, High Chief (Engr) Kestin Pondi, Chief Godfrey Tare Pondi and the entire management of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited for making this huge pledge.

Dear Md Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, Chief Kestin Pondi, please accept our best assurances as a council, thank you for taking this huge burden off our shoulders and thank you for rescuing countless souls. Ijaw nation Is grateful.
