Hon. Mrs Helen Bob received Leadership of Association Movie Producers Nigeria Bayelsa state Chapter
The Former Brass Local Government Area Chairman Hon. Mrs Helen Bob received Chairman and leadership of the Association of Movie Producers Bayelsa state Chapter ahead of the forthcoming Bayelsa Movie Summit.
The Former Brass Council Chairman who was one time SA and SSA Talent Development to former Governor of Bayelsa state His Excellency Senator Henry Seriake Dickson was overwhelmed receiving the ever working leadership of the Association led by the Chairman Maxjerry Opoikumo.
According the the leadership of AMP. The association of movie producers is the highest decision making body in the movie industry because they are the employers of labour without a producer, there is no actor or actresses, the movie producers employ all sectors Existing in the movie industry so they are taking so serious in Nollywood.
The Movie Producers, AMP Bayelsa State chapter used the opportunity to decorate Hon. Helen Bob as Patron.
Speaking at the brief Visit, Comrade Opoikumo said the appointment, and decoration of Hon Helen Bob is based on her commitment and track record in the Bayelsa State entertainment industry adding that the former Special Adviser to the Governor on talent Development is one woman who has contributed so much for the betterment of the entertainment industry because she trained so many Bayelsans in different areas of skills in the entertainment industry using her personal resources not minding the salary of the Government then.
AMP boss in Bayelsa explained that the decoration is part of activities for the formal induction ceremony.
In her response, Hon Helen Bob thanked the Association of Movie Producers in Bayelsa state for finding her worthy of the position.
