Gunmen kill POS operator in Ebonyi

Gunmen have killed a Point of Sales operator identified as Louis Enoshi, in Ohaukwu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State.

It was gathered that the gunmen stormed the house of the deceased at Ezzamgbo community in the early hours of Wednesday, February 28, 2024, demanding money.

According to the Nation, the gunmen shot him dead and made away with his mobile phone, cash, and POS machines.

“At the early hours of today, 28th February 2024, at about 2 am; Mr. Enoshi Louis, a native of Ndiagu Orie of Umuogudu Akpu Ngbo, was shot in his residence at Ezzamgbo in Ohaukwu LGA; Ebonyi State, by unidentified armed persons,” a source said.

“He died on the spot, they made away with his Firstmonie POS machines.
