GEN. IBENA RUFUS SALVATION LEADS PAP DELEGATION TO HONOR LATE CHIEF CAPT. SNR. APST. FELIX BEBEKEMIAYE ADURUMOKUMO EKPRTIPU

Demonstrating leadership and solidarity, the Phase 2 National Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP), Gen. Ibena Rufus Salvation, led a delegation of leaders and beneficiaries from all three segments of the Amnesty Program to attend the funeral service of Late Chief Capt. Snr. Apst. Felix Bebekemiaye Adurumokumo Ekprtipu, held at kokodiagbene, Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West LGA, Delta State.

The delegation joined the PAP Administrator, Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, to pay their final respects to the late elder statesman, who was not only a respected figure in the Niger Delta but also Dr. Otuaro’s beloved in-law. The solemn event was a gathering of distinguished personalities, reflecting the deep admiration and reverence for the life and legacy of the deceased.

Gen. Ibena Rufus Salvation’s presence at the occasion highlights his unwavering commitment to peace, unity, and progress in the Niger Delta region.
