A man with a high sense of candor, an altruist who was celebrated as a living ancestor by Civil Servants in Bayelsa State in his home town – Eniwari community in Southern Ijaw LGA. A genial cosmopolite, great but self-effacing. A retired Principal per excellence, a one time commissioner in the Bayelsa State Civil Service Commission that gladly employed half of the Civil Servants in Bayelsa State and a former Federal Commissioner of the Code of Conduct, Federal Republic of Nigeria.
