DHA 2022: Tinubu, Atiku, Obi, Kwankwaso, Others Nominated For Democracy Heroes Award, Winner To Emerge Through Voting
Presidential candidate of APC, Bola Tinubu, his PDP counterpart, Atiku Abubakar, that of Labour Party, Peter Obi, NNPP’s Musa Kwankwaso as that of PRP among others have made the nomination list of the 2022 Democracy Heroes Award Africa.
The 2022 edition marks the tenth anniversary of the award.
Winners are expected to emerge through a popular choice which will be expressed in online voting.
According to the organisers, this award category is mainly to score the the most celebrated and people’s choice in the coming 2023 general election of the Federal Republic of Nigeria who has performed and still ready to do more.
He must have shown the traits of good governance and quality leadership.
He must be genrally acceptable by Nigerians from the 6 geo political zones, a detribalized Nigerian, bridge builder, with a track record of excellence and clear vision for Nigerians.
Based on projects executed, the zeal for his/her people’s well being, his contributions in protecting his people’s interest, must not be afraid to present his point of view on matters of the day.
He is also expected to see his position as a privilege given to him by the people, must know the laws, abide by them and respects the values of democracy.
