CHIEF PASTOR REUBEN WILSON LAUDS GOV DIRI OVER APC STAKEHOLDERS’ MEETING IN BAYELSA

Chief Pastor Reuben Wilson has expressed satisfaction with the just concluded All Progressives Congress (APC) stakeholders’ meeting held in Bayelsa State on Thursday, describing it as a defining moment for unity within the party.

The meeting, initiated and led by the Leader of the party in the state, His Excellency, Senator Douye Diri, Governor of Bayelsa State, brought together key stakeholders and party faithful across various levels.

Speaking shortly after the meeting, Chief Pastor Wilson described the gathering as an “epicenter of unity” and a demonstration of high-level wisdom by Governor Diri. He commended the Governor for what he termed his bold and strategic leadership in fostering reconciliation and cohesion within the party.

According to him, the APC in Bayelsa had, over the years, experienced internal divisions and fragmentation. However, he noted that within a short period of Governor Diri’s alignment with the party, visible steps have been taken to restore harmony and strengthen internal structures.

“The stakeholders’ meeting today was a true demonstration of his unequivocal leadership style. It clearly shows that the party is now more united and focused than ever before,” Wilson stated.

He further urged stakeholders and party faithful to give their unwavering support to the Governor in order to sustain the unity and peace currently being witnessed within the party in the state.

Chief Pastor Wilson also offered prayers for Governor Diri, asking God to grant him greater wisdom, strength, and grace to continue delivering impactful leadership and to accomplish more developmental strides for the people of Bayelsa State.

The stakeholders’ meeting is widely seen as a significant step toward consolidating party unity and repositioning the APC for future political engagements in the state.
