The founder Goodwill Ambassador Events Agency, Amb. Chris Odey will on Monday, February 12 host his friends and close associates at a private get-together in celebration of his birthday.

Amb. Odey is a popular name in Abuja social life, especially in event management and packaging.

The planned private get-together at a high brow area of Abuja, the nation’s capital is expected to have in attendance selected top entertainers, business executives and top officials of government.

He is among persons who have contributed in reviving social and night life in Abuja in recent years.

He is equally a loud campaigner of philanthropy who has matched his words with action by engaging in a number of humanitarian interventions aimed at enhancing the livelihood of communities.

In recognition of this, he was recently unveiled as Ambassador of People With Disabilities (PWDs).

At the moment, arrangements are ongoing for his annual Africa CEO Merit Award, the 8th edition coming up May 4, at National Merit Awards, Maitama Abuja.

The 2023 edition which featured African CEO’s Business Discourse was aimed at recognizing companies and investors that have shaped the year in Africa.

More than 250 companies, investors and CEOs were honoured, representing many key actors who have driven Africa’s economic expansion.

They include, the Chief Executive Officer of Adron homes and properties limited, Aare adetola O Emmanuel King, the National Youth Leader of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Honorable Mohammed Kadade Suleiman and the Treasurer NURTW Kaduna State Council, Comrade lawal Abubakar Akinioye and more.

His birthday is expected to be a show of appreciation to God for his journey of life so far, having risen to become one of the respected names on Abuja social circle.
