BAYELSA PDP UNVEILS PORTRAITS OF Wike, National Chairman Abdulrahman Mohammed, and State Chairman George Turnah
The Peoples Democratic Party in Bayelsa State has officially unveiled portraits of the party’s National Leader, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, the National Chairman, Abdulrahman Mohammed, and the Bayelsa State Chairman, George Turnah, at the party’s state secretariat.
The unveiling ceremony, which attracted party stakeholders, executives, youth leaders, women groups, and supporters, was described as a symbolic demonstration of unity, loyalty, and renewed commitment to the ideals of the party ahead of future political engagements in the state and across the country.
Speaking during the event, party leaders hailed the contributions of Wike to the growth and stability of the PDP at the national level, noting that his leadership and political influence continue to strengthen the party’s structures nationwide.
The state leadership also commended Abdulrahman Mohammed for providing purposeful direction for the PDP at the national level, while praising George Turnah for repositioning the party in Bayelsa State through grassroots mobilization and internal reconciliation.
According to party officials, the portraits represent the collective respect and confidence the Bayelsa PDP has in the leadership capacity of the trio and their commitment to sustaining the party’s dominance in the state.

The ceremony concluded with calls for party faithful to remain united, focused, and committed to strengthening the PDP ahead of upcoming political activities in Bayelsa State and Nigeria at large.
