The Bayelsa State Chapter of the Association of Movie Producers of Nigeria (AMP) has congratulated its Scribe, Dr. Martins Zidebegha, on the occasion of his traditional marriage held in Angiama Community, Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.
The colorful ceremony, which attracted family members, colleagues, and well-wishers from within and outside the state, was marked with cultural displays and moments of celebration in honour of the couple.
Speaking with newsmen on behalf of the AMP Bayelsa delegates at the event, the Publicity Secretary, Barakumo Odede, who represented the Chairman, expressed delight over the union, describing it as a significant milestone in the life of the association’s scribe.
Odede noted that the leadership and members of AMP Bayelsa are proud of Dr. Zidebegha for taking what he described as a bold and commendable step into matrimony. He added that marriage is a foundation for stability and growth, urging the couple to build their home on love, mutual respect, and understanding.
“We are delighted to celebrate with our scribe on this special occasion. It is a bold and admirable step, and we pray that this union will be blessed with peace, prosperity, and lasting happiness,” he said.
He further assured Dr. Zidebegha of the continued support and goodwill of the association, noting that the AMP family will always stand by him as he embarks on the new phase of his life.
The event in Angiama Community remains a memorable one, as guests joined in celebrating love, culture, and the union of two families.
