Barakumo Odede, CEO TvAfrica24, Celebrates National Chairman, Presidential Amnesty Phase 2, Gen. Ibena Salvation Rufus on His Birthday, Eulogises His Support for PAP Administrator, Dennis Otuaro, describing the celebrant as a steadfast ally of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) whose leadership has continued to strengthen peace, unity and development in the Niger Delta.

In a warm birthday goodwill message made available to TvAfrica24 News, Barakumo Odede extolled Gen. Ibena Salvation Rufus for his exemplary leadership, resilience and unwavering commitment to the objectives of the Presidential Amnesty Phase 2, noting that his strategic support has greatly complemented the reform-driven administration of the PAP under its Administrator, Dr. Dennis Otuaro.

Odede noted that Gen. Rufus has consistently demonstrated uncommon loyalty, cooperation and institutional discipline in supporting the vision of the PAP Administrator, helping to foster stability, confidence and renewed hope among beneficiaries of the Amnesty Programme.

“General Ibena Salvation Rufus has shown that true leadership is about partnership and purpose. His firm support for the Presidential Amnesty Programme under the able leadership of Dr. Dennis Otuaro has contributed immensely to sustaining peace, youth reintegration and socio-economic development in the Niger Delta,” the TvAfrica24 CEO stated.
