SOLIDARITY RALLY IN YENAGOA: CELEBRATING TWO YEARS OF TRANSFORMATIVE LEADERSHIP

Today in Yenagoa, the capital of Yenagoa, supporters, stakeholders, and beneficiaries gathered in a massive show of unity and solidarity to celebrate two years of impactful leadership by the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dennis Burutu Otuaro.

The solidarity rally, which was successfully coordinated and organized under the leadership of the National Chairman of Presidential Amnesty Programme Phase 2, Ibena Rufus Salvation, reflects the deep appreciation and confidence beneficiaries have in the leadership of the programme and its commitment to peace and development in the Niger Delta.

Under the visionary and selfless leadership of Dr. Otuaro, the Presidential Amnesty Programme has continued to record remarkable milestones, including:

• Strengthening sustainable peace and stability in the Niger Delta region
• Empowerment of beneficiaries through impactful initiatives
• Deployment of over 8,000 students to universities and institutions within Nigeria and abroad under the PAP scholarship scheme
• Human capital development and vocational training programs aimed at equipping youths with valuable skills
• Employment opportunities and capacity building for beneficiaries

These achievements highlight a leadership style centered on inclusiveness, development, and lasting peace.

The rally also demonstrated the strategic leadership and mobilization strength of Gen. Ibena Rufus Salvation, whose role as Chief Coordinator and Organizer brought together stakeholders and beneficiaries in a powerful expression of support for the progress being made under the programme.

We also extend our profound appreciation to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for the wisdom and foresight in appointing Dr. Otuaro to lead the Presidential Amnesty Programme. This appointment continues to bring renewed hope, stability, and opportunities to the people of the Niger Delta.

As we celebrate this important milestone, we pray for greater wisdom, strength, and continued success for Dr. Otuaro as he advances the vision of the programme. We also commend the leadership and dedication of Gen. Ibena Rufus Salvation for his commitment to unity, peace, and the welfare of beneficiaries.

Together, we reaffirm our collective commitment to peace, progress, and sustainable development in the Niger Delta.
