The Founder of Reuben Initiative and Member, Governing Council of the University of Uyo, Chief Pastor Reuben, has extended warm birthday felicitations to Hon. Ebitimi Amgbare, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Niger Delta Basin Development Authority, describing him as a visionary leader committed to sustainable development in the Niger Delta region.
In a congratulatory message through his director media mr Barakumo Solomon Odede CEO TvAfrica24 News , Chief Pastor Reuben commended Hon. Amgbare for his steadfast dedication to infrastructural growth, agricultural advancement, and water resource management across the Niger Delta. He noted that under Amgbare’s leadership, the Authority has continued to initiate people-oriented projects aimed at improving livelihoods and boosting economic activities in riverine communities.
