The Technical Adviser to the Executive Governor of Bayelsa State on Community Mobilization and Orientation, Dr. Solomon David, has congratulated Governor Douye Diri on his six years in office, describing his administration as a period marked by purposeful leadership and people-oriented governance.
In a statement issued in Yenagoa on Friday, Dr. David commended Douye Diri for what he termed “steady strides in community development, infrastructural renewal and inclusive governance” across the state.
He noted that the governor’s commitment to grassroots mobilization and orientation has strengthened the bond between government and the people, fostering unity and progress in various communities.
According to him, the Diri-led administration has prioritized peace, security and sustainable development, creating an enabling environment for socio-economic growth in Bayelsa State.
“Six years in office is not just a milestone but a testament to resilience, vision and dedication to service. His Excellency has demonstrated uncommon commitment to the welfare of the people, especially at the community level,” Dr. David stated.
