NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF THE BAYELSA NON-DENOMINATIONAL MUSIC FIESTA

The organizers of the Bayelsa Non-Denominational Music Fiesta have announced the postponement of the event earlier scheduled to hold on December 20, 2025.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, the organizers said the decision was taken following the tragic passing of the Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State, His Excellency, Senator Lawrence Oborawharewo Ewhrudjakpo, and in respect for the official mourning period that follows.
The statement noted that the postponement was also in line with circumstances beyond the organizers’ control and directives from relevant authorities, including the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Chairman and the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) Chairman in Bayelsa State.
According to the organizers, rescheduling the event has become necessary to allow for proper participation and observance during the mourning period.
They assured participants, supporters, and patrons that a new date will be announced soon, while apologizing for any inconvenience the postponement may cause.
The organizers also expressed appreciation for the understanding, patience, and continued support of the public, adding that further updates would be communicated in due course.
