The National Chairman, Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP) Phase 2, General Ibena Rufus Salvation, attended the Inauguration Ceremony of the newly elected President of the Southern Ijaw Federated Youth Council (SIFYC), Comr. Pakapiri Woko, and his executive members in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
During the event, General Salvation congratulated the new leadership and urged them to uphold the virtues of unity, peace, and purposeful leadership in carrying out their duties.
He emphasized the importance of collaboration and harmony among the youth, noting that peace remains a key pillar in sustaining growth and development across the Niger Delta region.
The inauguration witnessed the presence of youth leaders, stakeholders, and representatives from various organizations who commended the new executives and pledged their support toward a peaceful and progressive Southern Ijaw.
