*Queen Hassana Ozohu Salisu A Resilient Leader in the Entertainment Industry*

Miss Nollywood International, Queen Hassana Ozohu Salisu, recently announced her resignation from her role as Chairperson of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) for the Northern Filmmakers Association of Nigeria (NFAN) 23rd July, a position she has held for over three years. Her decision comes as she embarks on a new journey, campaigning for the office of the Chairman of the Actors Guild of Nigeria in the upcoming elections scheduled for August 2025.

Her Accomplishments and Leadership at NFAN was nothing short of powerful, before she assumed her office and role as Miss Nollywood international in 2024

During her tenure with the NFAN, Queen Hassana has demonstrated unparalleled leadership qualities, ruling with passion and commitment. Under her guidance, NFAN has made significant strides, including her chapter hosting the Fourth Annual Convention in October 2023 in Maitama, Abuja. The event attracted members from 19 different provinces of Nigeria and featured several master classes that provided valuable certifications to participants.

Queen Hassana also facilitated film projects that starred notable Nollywood legends, showcasing their work on the NFAN National YouTube page. Notable guests she invited at the convention included esteemed figures such as the former Director General of the National Film and Video Censor Board, as well as Directors General from culture and troph, The Director General National gallery of Art Nigeria and some artistic institutions in Nigeria. Additionally, she secured a theater space for the NFAN association, which showcased her determination to elevate the filmmaking community.

Looking ahead, the 2024 NFAN Convention, initially set to be held in Abuja, was later relocated to Kano. Due to some inhouse decision, Queen Hassana successfully won a partnership and sponsorship from Orits Gee Media for the 2024 convention. The Media which took part in financing some of the project of NFAN then now hold her head office in Abuja Nigeria Queen Hassana Ozohu salisu is currently the Managing Director of Omedia Nigeria Abuja.

Beyond her role in NFAN, Queen Hassana Ozohu Salisu is the founder of the Sallhassy Empire Agency, renowned as one of the largest casting agencies in the Federal Capital Territory. She has recently expanded her operations into Kogi State, Bayelsa, and Lagos, further establishing her influence in the entertainment industry.

In addition to her casting agency, she founded the Sallhassy Empowerment Foundation, which has made significant contributions to humanitarian causes, reflecting her commitment to giving back to the community. She serves as the manager of Orits Gee Media, which further cements her status as a key player in the Nigerian entertainment landscape.

With her resignation from the NFAN, Queen Hassana Ozohu Salisu is poised to tackle new challenges in the political realm of the entertainment industry. Her dedication to her craft, along with her holistic approach to leadership and community service, has positioned her as an exceptional leader.
