Bayelsa Youth Leadership Awards Foundation Meets Pastor Reuben, Seeks Collaboration for 9th Edition

In preparation for the much-anticipated 9th Edition of the Bayelsa Youth Leadership Awards (BYLA), the Organizing Committee recently met with the Special Adviser to Chief Pastor Reuben on Students and Scholarship Maters Hon. Erepamowei Ogbomo received a letter on behalf of Pastor Reuben Wilson founder Pastor Reuben initiative for good leadership and accountability to explore avenues for strategic partnership and collaboration.

The meeting, held in Yenagoa, was aimed at fostering synergy in promoting youth excellence, leadership, and development across the state. Both organizations discussed meaningful ways to support and spotlight young changemakers through this prestigious platform.
Speaking during the meeting, Hon. Atti Joshua Moses, Convener and Chairman of BYLA, emphasized the need for united efforts in empowering young people and encouraging positive contributions to society. He applauded Chief Pastor Reuben Clifford Wilson for its consistent work in youth mentorship, and community outreach.
Representatives of the Pastor Reuben, in response, expressed strong interest in collaborating with the BYLA team, acknowledging the importance of recognizing and encouraging the next generation of leaders.
The 9th Edition of the Bayelsa Youth Leadership Awards is scheduled to take place on Monday, August 12, 2025, at Morrels Lounge (formerly South Coast), Yenagoa. The event promises to be an inspiring celebration of excellence, talent, and service across various categories including Entrepreneurship, Agriculture, ICT, Politics, Education, Entertainment, and more.

As the countdown begins, all hands are on deck to deliver a memorable experience that will continue to shape the narrative of youth impact in Bayelsa State.
