Russian President Vladimir Putin announced this Sunday that the world is heading toward a third world war, stating that he is speaking with utmost seriousness.

Putin, who made this declaration on his official Twitter account this morning, said he had warned the United States against taking military action against Iran, but his warnings were ignored. He added, “Let’s watch and see, because Iran will not spare the U.S. forces stationed in the Middle East.”

Vladimir Putin warned that the world is on the brink of World War III, as the U.S. attack on Iran could be the trigger.
