Florence Tonlagha Foundation Empowers Hundreds During 4-Day Social Impact Program

The Florence Tonlagha World Changers Foundation recently held a four-day empowerment program tagged the “2025 Social Impact Program” at the Bliss Event Center, Niger-Cat Express Road. The event, which ran from Wednesday, May 21st to Saturday, May 24th, combined spiritual revival with practical support for individuals and families in need.
The program featured a powerful deliverance session led by Mrs. Florence Tonlagha, with testimonies of healing and breakthroughs. One notable testimony was the healing of a woman who had been walking with crutches.
In addition to spiritual activities, the program provided free skills acquisition training in soap making and the production of tiger nut and zobo drinks. Participants in the tiger nut session received starter packs and a ₦100,000 cash grant to support their new businesses.
The final day saw the distribution of food and trade items in large quantities, including tomatoes, onions, pepper, potatoes, and garri. Small business owners such as POS operators also received financial support, while many attendees went home with bags of rice, garri, and other essentials.
In her address, Mrs. Florence Tonlagha thanked God for the success of the event and acknowledged her husband’s unwavering support as the foundation’s key sponsor. She also shared a personal story that sparked her passion to help the vulnerable, inspired by a little girl selling bread under the hot sun—a moment that changed her life.
Mrs. Tonlagha reaffirmed that the foundation’s mission goes beyond physical needs to offer lasting spiritual hope. “For every meal shared, every skill taught, and every life touched, I aim to point people to the One who can transform their present and secure their eternity,” she said.
The event ended with participants filled with joy, gratitude, and renewed hope for the future.
