The National Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) Phase 2, Ibena Rufus Salvation, has commended the remarkable progress being recorded under the leadership of Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, attributing the success to the effective implementation of his five-point agenda.

He noted that since Otuaro assumed office, the Amnesty Programme has witnessed a new direction marked by transparency, inclusiveness, youth empowerment, and a renewed commitment to peace and development in the Niger Delta.

Speaking passionately on Otuaro’s five-point agenda on Tuesday, Salvation urged beneficiaries and stakeholders to remain patient and supportive, stressing that the visible results are signs of greater transformation to come.
He predicted that the Administrator’s tenure would go down in history as one of the most successful, while commending his focus on meaningful reforms, transparency, and genuine empowerment for ex-agitators and communities across the Niger Delta.

He also stated that Otuaro’s approach reflects a clear commitment to sustainable peace and development in the region.

The national chairman called on all beneficiaries and stakeholders to remain committed and continue to support the Administrator’s five-piont agenda, assuring them that with time, the benefits of the reforms will become evident.

“I believe in the aims and objectives of Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro. With a little patience, things will work out for our good soonest”, he said.

He also thanked President Bola Tinubu and the National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, for appointing Dr. Otuaro, describing the choice as a step in the right direction for peace and progress in the Niger Delta.
