𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐲 𝐎𝐤𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐡.

In the annals of our state’s political history, there are names written not in ink but in sacrifice, sweat, and service. One such name is Hon. Lucky Okodeh, a selfless and tireless political patriot, who gave everything he had for the victory and success of the Assured Prosperity Government, from the House of Assembly elections to the historic Gubernatorial Victory.

Dubai-Money has popularly known was not a spectator nor on the sidelines during the last state elections but was on ground, mobilizing, organizing, sacrificing, bleeding quietly for a cause he believed in. While others waited for the harvest, the Immediate Past SILGA CT Chairman carried the hoe through the heat, standing firm and giving his all. But today the Assured Prosperity Government is being enjoyed by mostly those who offered little or nothing to birth it to life.

This is a reminder of Justice, Loyalty and Reward for Labor. Governments are strengthened not just by fresh faces, but by remembering the loyal hearts that fought when it mattered most. True leadership remembers its soldiers, especially those who bled when others slept.

Even as we celebrate his Natal Anniversary today, this is a call to the 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭; Remember 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐲 𝐎𝐤𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐡 and Reward 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐈𝐋𝐆𝐀 𝐂𝐓 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧, not because he demands it but because justice and fairness requires it. The seeds he planted should not be enjoyed only by those who watched him toil.
